Generally speaking, the insulation technology protection system of special transformers can be mainly divided into: turn distance, layer distance, (winding) group distance and winding and magnetic core isolation. We will discuss them separately below:

1) Turn distance, that is, the isolation between adjacent turns in a single winding of a special transformer. For example, the A winding is wound around 10 turns, and the isolation between the 6th turn and the 5th and 7th adjacent turns, that is, the turn distance. In most electric motors In the case of a flat car, the conventional turn distance can be achieved by using enameled wire, and the appropriate enameled wire can be selected by the V\/turn (voltage accepted by each turn) of the designed transformer. Of course, in actual use, enameled wire The insulating layer of the coil is easily damaged by high temperature, so in the design process, in addition to the above V\/turn, it should be further selected according to the winding loss and temperature rise.

2) Layer distance, that is, the special transformer is single and the windings are isolated between different winding layers. For example, winding B is wound in 3 layers, and the second layer is connected to the adjacent first and third layers. Isolation is the distance between layers.

1. The adjacent contact surfaces are isolated. If winding A continues winding B after winding is completed, insulation maintenance should be performed between the winding layer at the end of winding AN and the winding layer at the beginning of winding B.

2. The two end faces of windings a and b are generally on the same plane, which is not conducive to the isolation between the two windings. Therefore, during the winding process, in order to consciously dislocate the end faces of the two windings, the winding b can be retracted several times. mm to achieve this purpose.
