What are the insulation technologies of special transformers?

The special transformer is the heart of the switching control power supply. On the one hand, the switching power supply can transmit and store power through it, and realize the conversion of data input, signal output, and basic knowledge of voltage technology; on the other hand, the switching power supply also uses it to perform information input and output. Generally speaking, the insulation technology protection system of special transformers can be mainly divided into: isolation between turns, isolation between layers, isolation between (winding) groups and isolation between windings and magnetic cores. We will elaborate below:

1) Inter-turn isolation, that is, the isolation between adjacent turns in a single winding of a special transformer. For example, the A winding is wound around 10 turns, and the 6th turn is isolated from the 5th and 7th adjacent turns, that is, the inter-turn isolation. In most electric motors In the case of a flat car, the conventional turn-to-turn isolation can be achieved by using enameled wire, and the appropriate enameled wire can be selected by the designed transformer V\/turn (voltage per turn). Of course, in actual use, the enameled wire's The insulating layer is easily damaged by high temperature, so in the design process, in addition to the above V\/turn, it should be further selected according to the winding loss and temperature rise.

2) Isolation between layers, that is, the isolation between the special transformer and the different winding layers produced by the single winding. For example, winding B is wound in 3 layers, and the second layer is connected to the adjacent first and third layers. Isolation, that is, isolation between layers. Relying on the self-contained insulating layer of enameled wires between students on each layer of the network, it is possible to achieve a certain degree of interlayer isolation by the enterprise, and the need for high temperature for wrapping between layers can lead to the further development of the insulating tape company to strengthen the interlayer Insulation. In the design and teaching process, a reasonable interlayer insulation treatment method can be selected according to V\/layer and working temperature rise as above. Of course, in order to save the unit area of ​​the winding window of the power transformer, it is not recommended to use each layer when it is not necessary. The insulating tape is wrapped between layers, which will cause the internal winding of the transformer in our country to be bloated and increase the difficulty of winding.

3) Isolation between windings, that is, the isolation between different windings of a special transformer.

1. Isolation of adjacent contact surfaces. If winding A continues winding B after winding is completed, insulation protection should be performed between the winding layer at the end of winding AN and the winding layer at the beginning of winding B.

The two end faces of the two windings a and b are generally on the same plane, which is not conducive to the isolation between the two windings.
