3-phase isolation transformer adopts 3-phase double winding structure

The 3-phase isolation transformer adopts a 3-phase double-winding structure, which has the characteristics of anti-lightning and anti-interference. Each winding of the primary and secondary sides is divided into 2 coils, and the 2 coils are wound with 2 layers of mutually insulated metal foils. So There is a capacitor C (that is, a capacitive isolation transformer) between the two coils. Then the following two wiring methods can be combined arbitrarily according to the needs:

1. With voltage conversion function (such as: △\/Yo or Yo\/△ connection)

2. It has filtering and anti-interference function (such as: it can remove the 3rd harmonic interference function. It can remove the odd harmonic interference.)

3. It can effectively prevent disturbance harmonics and lightning electromagnetic pulses introduced from the power line from interfering with the system;

4. It can effectively prevent the harassing harmonics emitted by the electronic equipment of this system from entering the power distribution network and causing interference to other equipment (installation and system);

5. Can basically avoid system work errors or data errors caused by ground potential disturbance;

6. It can effectively prevent the hardware equipment in the system from being attacked and destroyed due to the sharp rise of the potential of the steel bar as the reference ground during the lightning protection installation of the building.

7. Characteristics of the isolation transformer at the input end of the AC power supply:

a. If the 3rd harmonic and the interference signal of the power grid are serious, an isolation transformer can be used to remove the 3rd harmonic and reduce the interference signal.

b. The isolation transformer can generate a new neutral line to prevent the equipment from running abnormally due to the poor neutral line of the power grid.

c. Current waveform distortion (such as 3rd harmonic) caused by nonlinear loads can be isolated without polluting the power grid.
