Common Faults of Magnetic Voltage Regulators and Their Solutions

The magnetic regulator should be checked first: first, slowly close the outlet valve, check the pressure in the pipeline between the regulator and the outlet valve, if the system is operating normally, the outlet pressure will temporarily increase due to the closure, and then gradually stabilize .If the outlet pressure continues to rise, it means that the pressure regulating valve port cannot be sealed, which constitutes an abnormal system. At this moment, the pressure regulator should be closed. So what are the faults of the magnetic pressure regulator?

1. If there is no gas passing down the pressure regulating valve, the magnetic pressure regulator may be:

1) Lack of inlet flow, no gas passing through the pilot

2) The filter is blocked

3) The interceptor is triggered

4) The film of the regulator is damaged

2. If the outlet pressure of the regulator drops, it may be:

1) Lack of import flow

2) The actual flow exceeds the planned flow of the regulator

3) The inlet filter is blocked

4) Spring crack

5) The signal pipe from the pilot to the inside of the regulator is blocked or damaged

3. The increase in outlet pressure of the regulator may be:

1) Gasket or valve seat wear

2) The gasket accumulates dust

3) The membrane is damaged or ruptured

4) The valve stem of the regulator is not sensitive

4, the regulator vibrates

1) The connection of the pressure pipe is dislocated or does not meet the installation requirements

2) The flow is too low

3) The hole diameter of the tooth extraction valve on the pilot is incorrect

5, the pressure of the regulator is not high

1) The pressure regulator valve pad is expanded, and the valve port cannot reach the proper opening.

2) The pilot adjusting spring is deformed and cannot reach the designed pressure

6, the outlet pressure of the regulator is unstable and panting

1) There are many impurities in the gas

2) Sudden change in gas pressure or flow is annoying

3) The outlet pressure is high, and the front pressure is shaken
